birthday girl | houston modern lifestyle photographer

my sweet baby girl is one today.  how did that happen?  can somebody please tell me?!

anyways, i wanted to get some shots of her before she starts walking because not too long after that she will be running.  running away….from me + my camera!  jeff was a good sport and he tagged along without a fight to help me out.  lauren was more interested in the rocks than anything, and did she want to give me any eye contact at all?  nope.  already stubborn like her sister!

so here she is…my beautiful one year old.

a day in the life | dallas family photographer

last week i decided to document a day in our lives.

i am so incredibly fortunate to be able to stay at home with our two beautiful daughters.  i truly enjoy each and every day….from the moment i wake up to my 2 year old crawling into bed beside me to steal some snuggles, to tucking them both into bed each night and saying our prayers and getting those last tickles, hugs, and kisses of the day.

so here is a day in our lives.  i literally kept my camera by my side all day and just snapped away.  i know technically these photos are not perfect, but i love them anyway!
