remember this little guy? i was lucky enough to see him again for his one year session + i’ve really loved watching him grow. notice the little red fire truck from both sessions? it has special meaning to this family, as dad is a volunteer firefighter. i hope that i will have more opportunities to photograph sweet little benny with his fire truck as he gets older!
it was so much fun meeting up with this family again! when i began building my photography portfolio just one year ago in january of 2010, this family was one of my very first sessions. now, just over a year later, they have a new addition + i’ve been able to see how much little rocco has grown! they are just the perfect little family. thank you, jason + teri, for allowing me to document these moments in your lives. i hope i get the chance to do it again!
i miss my family terribly + don’t get to see them often because they live in canada, but i am very grateful to have such wonderful, loving in-laws. and we are so very fortunate to live only 10 minutes away from them. they live on 10 gorgeous acres out in the country + the girls LOVE going out there to visit. they help their g-maw plant flowers, help pawpaw feed the cows + go see all the new baby calves, ride around in the golf cart + drive around in the gator, go fishing at the pond, play in the sandbox, blow bubbles, draw with chalk on the driveway…..needless to say, they spend hours outside! we have been enjoying the beautiful spring weather over there almost every single weekend. here are a few snaps from this past weekend.
