congratulations to this gorgeous girl who recently graduated from high school! had so much fun at her session….made me realize how much i miss shooting people who can listen to directions + won’t make me chase after them! haha all the best of luck to you blair….though you don’t need it. you are a rockstar in every single thing that you do!
i was so excited when i received a message from an old client that moved out-of-state a year and a half ago. they were coming to town for a visit + wanted to book a family session…so i was finally able to meet their new little one in person! i had only seen how beautiful she was + how grown up her big sister was getting in pictures. when they broke the news to me awhile back that they were moving out-of-state i was so sad that i wouldn’t get to be their family photographer anymore….i had photographed them on 3 separate occasions, including big sister’s newborn session. so i’m thinking maybe they should just plan an annual texas trip + we can do their family session each time they are here ;) yes, i like that plan! or better yet, just move back to texas!
you’d never be able to tell from the photos, but oh my goodness it was cold the day of this session (back in december)! this was my first time meeting this sweet family + i give them props for braving the cold + wind. i wasn’t even sure i’d be able to click the shutter button on my camera because my fingers were so numb from the cold…haha! but we found some shelter from the wind with some pretty light + moved along as quickly as we could.
